These SMS Terms & Conditions govern text messages sent by GoodGuys Trailers to customers and prospective customers who have consented to receive SMS communications from us.
1. SMS Program Description
GoodGuys Trailers uses SMS messaging to provide transactional communications to customers and prospective customers who request trailer quotes or information from GoodGuys Trailers.
By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive SMS messages, you consent to receive text messages from GoodGuys Trailers related to your requested quote or inquiry.
Messages may include:
- Links to trailer quotes you have requested
- Information regarding your requested quote
- Responses to questions or inquiries
- Other transactional communications directly related to your quote or inquiry
GoodGuys Trailers does not use enrollment in this SMS program as a condition of purchasing any product or service.
2. How You Opt In
Customers may opt in to receive SMS messages during a phone conversation with an authorized GoodGuys Trailers representative.
When requesting a trailer quote, you may provide your mobile phone number and verbally agree to have your requested quote and related transactional communications sent to you by SMS.
By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided and that you consent to receive SMS messages from GoodGuys Trailers at that number.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
Verbal Opt-In Disclosure
When a customer requests a trailer quote and chooses to receive the quote by text message, an authorized GoodGuys Trailers representative asks for the customer’s consent before sending any SMS messages.
The representative provides the following disclosure:
“Would you like me to text your GoodGuys Trailers quote to the mobile number you provided? By saying yes, you agree to receive transactional text messages from GoodGuys Trailers regarding this quote and your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy are available at goodguystrailers.com.”
The customer must verbally agree to receive SMS messages before the requested quote is sent by text message.
Customers who do not provide consent will not receive SMS messages from GoodGuys Trailers. SMS consent applies only to communications regarding the customer’s requested trailer quote or related inquiry.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your quote request and your interactions with GoodGuys Trailers.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to SMS messages sent or received in connection with the GoodGuys Trailers SMS program. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates apply.
5. Opting Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from GoodGuys Trailers at any time by replying STOP to any message.
After submitting an opt-out request, you will receive a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from GoodGuys Trailers unless you subsequently opt in again.
