WARRANTY

WARRANTY REGISTRATION SLIP MUST BE RETURNED TO GOODGUYS TRAILERS TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

GoodGuys Trailers warranty policy does not apply to products that have been subjected to abuse, neglect, accident, fire, alteration, corrosion, or improper loading and does not cover items or conditions caused by normal wear and use.  Freight charges, incidental or consequential damages are not covered under this limited warranty.

GoodGuys Trailers warranty covers products that are defective due to material and workmanship to the original purchaser ONLY.  Warranty covers the main frame for 3 years, crossmembers, runners, and any non-wearing items for 1 year.  These normal wear items include but are not limited to flooring, paint, lights, wiring, & tarps.  All auxiliary parts such as brakes, calipers, wheels, bearings, tires, and suspension, are covered by the warranty of their manufacturer.

The dealer is responsible for submitting to the manufacturer any claim he or she wishes to make under this Limited Warranty.  All items are defected or considered for warranty, must meet the warranty guidelines stated for credit to be issued.  Any modifications, alterations, or repairs to any product manufactured by GoodGuys Trailers without GoodGuys Trailers prior knowledge and written consent will void manufacturer’s warranty.  Please thoroughly review warranty policy to determine whether a product qualifies for warranty.

ANY WARRANTY CLAIMS MUST BE REPORTED TO GOODGUYS TRAILERS WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS OF THE DATE AFTER DISCOVERING A PROBLEM WITH YOUR GOODGUYS TRAILER, TO QUALIFY FOR THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

ANY REPAIRS AND CHANGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN FIFTEEN (15) DAYS AFTER APPROVAL TO QUALIFY FOR REIMBURSEMENT.
